I must have visited the Webjay site about 10 times in the last few months, and every time I have the same reaction: what the heck is it? Anyway, Webjay was back in the news yesterday after being acquired by Yahoo! (Kevin had the scoop), so I'm once again looking at this unfathomable site and scratching my head.
