The Sundance Film Festival is imminent, and I don't think there are many social sites that aren't being leveraged as a marketing tool. Today Stickam is set to announce that the site will provide a behind-the-scenes broadcast of the festival in Utah from tomorrow through January 21st.

It's another promo in a long line of "Broadcast LIVE" events from Stickam - others included the recording of a Warner Bros music video and a New Year broadcast. The events broadcast from Sundance will include the "Welcome To Sundance" dinner, celebrity poker tournaments, parties and more. Stickam, incidentally, is currently claiming "over 300,000" users.

Also look out for the Sundance Channel on YouTube - starting on Friday, this will host a daily video blog from the directors of the film Four Eyed Monsters. They'll interview filmmakers and capture parties, panels and events at the festival. And to complete Sundance's social media plan, they've got an extensive presence in the virtual world of Second Life, plus a blog and photo gallery dedicated to it. Any more recent Sundance sightings?
