This could be a bit tricky for Wink, which just released its Wink widget to do much the same thing: ShowYourself is a widget for aggregating all your social networks - Digg, Flickr, MySpace, Facebook, Virb, YouTube, Twitter, Last.fm, del.icio.us, PureVolume and more - in one place.
The code is in html format and you can customize the colors and host your own images. I actually like this one, since it provides lots of flexibility. I wish there were a few more defaults - Xanga, Bebo, Piczo and others are notably absent - but with a bit of tweaking you could find the favicons and add those, too.
