Jeff Jarvis, the famed media critic and blogger, has invested in the independent video creators Black20.

Black20 have set out to offer their own sense of humor in the way they see fit, creating a broadband channel to feature their work. Coming from a team of young writers and producers, they've made a series aimed to make you laugh. Founded by former television producers late last year, Black20 brings several humorous clips for you to watch, in an effort to gain recognition and fame. From parodies to satire, they've got it covered.

Since their launch in December of 2006, Black 20's videos have reached over 10 million viewers. Not too bad for an independent creator and distributor. We've seem them appear regularly on MySpace, where the clips seem to be a hit.
