TweetVolume is among the latest Twitter-ready features to emerge, and I'm really starting to think that people are just having way too much fun with this stuff!

TweetVolume is a frequency search engine of sorts, giving you feedback, by way of graphical representation, how many times your search term has shown up on Twitter. That's where the information stops, though. There is no way to see where your search terms are showing up on Twitter, and the data isn't placed in the context of time. This isn't a plugin or anything, so there's no downloading involved, and it won't feed you frequency information on particular words as you peruse Twitter. TweetVolume is a strictly fun and recreational tool that can be used for a variety of reasons, letting you decide your own details for how the information really came about. Hopefully there are more features to come?

Other Twitter funness includes TwitThis, Fring, and FoxyTunes.
