Yahoo has added a new Top Picks module for your My Yahoo page that act as an interactive news feed.
The Top Picks module is on the My Yahoo Beta page, and displays your top picks based on what stories on your page you've clicked on most recently. From there, Top Picks will modify its display based on the top picks stories you click on. This is a way of filtering and customizing the Top Picks to your personal taste. This is somewhat similar to Google's personalized search tools. I am wondering, however, how items can be modified after Yahoo begins to customize the Top Picks.
Other ways to customize your incoming news and information is Attendio, which brings you custom events, Group Recipes which offers suggestions based on your food preferences, and Viyya.
