Mario Romero has created a Google Reader application for your Facebook profile.
Now you can get your Google shared items directly on your Facebook profile, which others can see, and read as well. While there are still a few kinks that need to be worked out with this particular Facebook application, getting set up is very easy. Enter in your Google Reader ID and your feeds will be pulled into your Facebook account. Don't have a Google Reader ID? You can get Romero's own shared items until you have time to create your own Google Reader account, where you can customize the feeds you'd like to get.
