Google has launched a blog for its Public Policy department, addressing its views on the government and politics overall.
This blog joins Google's slew of blogs on various other topics, from Google Checkout to Google Summer of Code, and the YouTube APIs. Members of Google's public policy team will contribute to the blog from remote locations around the world, and has been gearing up for at least two months in preparation for launching the new blog. Its "practice" entries are included in the blog archives for visitors to read.
