Orkut is rolling out a new design this morning, starting with a select number of users. It's a much-needed change to the previously ugly social network that became unintentionally popular in Brazil.
But what's we're really hoping for from Google is the launch of SocialStream, the aggregated social network they're supposedly developing. LiveJournal founder Brad Fitzpatrick, who has been talking seriously about a format for aggregation, just moved over to Google: a sign that something is cooking.
