Netscape announced last week that its Digg clone would be retired from Netscape.com and move to a new home. That new home, announced today, is Propeller.com, with a snazzy Propeller logo and all the vowels intact. The new site is about "propelling" news to the frontpage, and will be launched "soon".
It's a good name, and now - for better or worse - we'll be able to see how successful the site is without the regular Netscape.com traffic flowing in.
