We don't have many details, but it's been widely confirmed that YouTube is being blocked in many parts of Beijing. Can anyone be surprised? Attempting to access the site from Beijing gives you a "connection reset" error, which has become the SOP for blocked sites in China.

What's rather confusing regarding this particular time of blocking is that there seems to be no outrageous situation that would cause an immediate blocking of YouTube, and the bans on Blogger and Flickr have been lifted. RSS feeds and Skype, however, were blocked in China earlier this month. Pandora and Facebook have become recent victims of International bans recently as well.
