VoIP service Talkster has two major announcements from CTIA this week. It's launching World Dialing, a new service that lets users call long distance and internationally for free, and it's also launching a Facebook application.
World Dialing lets you make free calls from cell phones, landlines, computers, instant messaging clients, or VoIP phones. These calls are ad-supported, and the ads will be somewhat targeted. You can access Talkster's World Dialing service from your computer or your mobile, which can be used with your mobile browser or through SMS text messaging.
