CondeNet has invested in TasteBook, a new service that lets you create personalized books from online content. Financial terms of the investment were not disclosed. As part of this recent investment, TasteBook has teamed up with CondeNet's food website, Epicuious, for the creation of personalized cookbooks.

This partnership means that Epicurious users can import their saved recipes from their existing account. TasteBook also has thousands of recipes to choose from, and you can upload your own recipes as well. TasteBook is a new service, and is officially launching today. So far it looks to be specifically for the creation of custom recipe books.

In other CondeNet news, its content, including EpicuriousTV, is being offered as a channel on Sony's new Bravia network. Other custom book tools are Blurb and SharedBook.
