[img src="" caption="" credit="" alt=""]Scribd clone DocStoc has raised $750,000 in a Series A round of funding. This comes months after its angel funding which was for an undisclosed amount. Considering the recent series A round was less than $1 million, it's a safe conjecture that angel rounding was under this number as well. Matt Coffin, the founder of lowermybills.com, participated as an investor for this round of funding, but no other investors have been disclosed.

Since its official launch in September, DocStoc has seen a healthy amount of growth, with the company reporting that about 50,000 new documents have been uploaded in the past month.
