Despite the recent Beacon controversy, Federated Media Publishing has joined the Facebook bandwagon. They have signed partnership with the owners of Facebook app Graffiti and Watercooler Inc., a company that's responsible for all those Addicted To The (insert TV series name here) applications. Two initial sponsors are Hewlett-Packard and Wacom. Graffiti, an application which enables users to draw images on the "walls" on their friends' profiles, is a perfect match for Wacom, which specializes in input devices such as pen tablets.
This is great news for Facebook and their advertising platform, which has experienced quite a few kicks in the teeth since it was introduced. Federated Media is a large advertising network, and their support of Facebook's platform is a sign of good times to come.
