PocketPCCanada.com - Offers a far smaller selection of freeware applications than other sites, but is well organized and offers up news on the latest for Pocket PCs as well.
PocketPCFreeware.com - As of this writing, the database has over 1,600 freeware downloads for your Pocket PC powered device.
