ShareThis is a handy and compact way to give readers and site visitors options for sharing your content with friends and across the web, via social bookmarking sites, email, etc. Now there's an updated version of the ShareThis plug-in, which should come in handy for its users.
Reports are now available, giving web publishers an inside peek at how others are interacting with the shared content, and how well it's being received. According to Jeffro, the new ShareThis reports let you see the number of button views and clicks, the click-through rate, top shared locations, and the most popular content, to name a few. Additionally, the ShareThis plug-in is now available for Typepad, meaning ShareThis is looking to make its ease of use spread far beyond Wordpress in the blogging community.
