Zoho, the suite of Web-based productivity software widely esteemed for its collaborative powers, has revealed an update to its Writer word processor utility.
Furthermore, Zoho Writer now boasts an expansive thesaurus, complete with support for 10 languages - Czech, German, Greek, Polish, Russian, Slovak, Irish, Italian, French, and, of course, English - with more lingual additions yet to come. To trigger this new feature, users must only right-click on a word and option the thesaurus from the pop-up contextual menu.
Zoho has also upgraded its collaborative framework inside Writer. Users can create groups with multiple email addresses and share documents. This essentially allows users to cut back on the redundancy of manually adding email addresses to each document intended for sharing. If you happen to work with a number of people often, this could be an addition to Writer that you find quite convenient indeed.
