Innovid, a video advertising developer, has announced the closure of their $3 million seed round of funding today, according to Globes Online. Their site is scant on details, but the broad descriptions of the service at Globes indicate that they intend to create a system that lets marketers insert ads and virtual product placements within online videos, very similar to what Ooyala is currently offering.
