Visivo Communications, parent company of Qik, has received $3 million in series B funding according to MG Siegler of VentureBeat.

The new round of funding was received from MBQI, and it is expected that Visivo will use the money to expand the site beyond its current insider-style status amongst the big wigs of the tech sphere. If Qik sounds only familiar to you, it is probably due to Robert Scoble's never ending stream of live video feeds he does at conferences across the globe. While it is doubtful it has anything to do with the new funding, Scoble did note today that Qik has now added RSS feeds to their service so you can be notified of new videos as they happen.
