In Finland, Government Disconnects Itself

I'm still trying to wrap my head around this one. Apparently, Finnish copyright law has a clause that says file sharers can be disconnected from the Internet. I've written about this idea before, and, as you might imagine, I don't like it one bit.

Who this evil offender might be, you ask? The Finnish government. That's right, the first entity disconnected from the net in Europe because of file sharing is the Provincial Government of Åland in Finland, where some government employee has been downloading music.
