According to Saul Hansell of The New York Times, the site will be very similar to what Politweets offered. The main page – which will launch at election.twitter.com tonight at midnight - features a Twitter update box that asks “what do you think?” Below, the site will display all Tweets that have been entered on the special page, as well as pull in Tweets that are clearly related to the election and the debate. Utilizing the tool formerly known as Summize (search.twitter.com), users will also be able to filter for Tweets about the main players – Obama, McCain, and Vice Presidential nominees Joe Biden and Sarah Palin.
