There are two sites I’ve come across in the last couple days that let you travel up to 88 miles per hour into the past. The first one is My Tweet 16, which as the name might indicate shows the first sixteen tweets from any user – so long as they haven’t issued more than 3200 tweets.
Tweets turn up just about instantly, and it’s a pretty neat little snapshot of someone’s history.

My First Tweet is another one along the same vein, and generally only seems to work for those who, again, have less than 3200 tweets in their history. Surprisingly, most people’s first tweets I’ve reviewed don’t seem to be “trying out this Twitter thing.”
