Here, try it out by retweeting this post.
Please Retweet Me, the brainchild of Matt Schlicht (product/design) and Mazy Kazerooni (marketing), makes it incredibly simple to retweet any update. Simply type in what you want to have retweeted and Please Retweet Me will send out a tweet with a link at the end to pleaseRT.me (clever, no?). Clicking on the link doesn't take you to the website, however. Instead, it will take you to your twitter homepage and fill in everything necessary to retweet the tweet again, complete with the pleaseRT.me link.
There is no copying, no pasting, and there is not even a need to ask for a retweet because the URL already has the phrase built in. One downside is that it requires you to enter your Twitter username and password, although Please Retweet Me states that they have no intention of keeping or sharing that data. Another problem is that if you are sharing a link, it will have two links in the tweet, which can be annoying. On the plus side, it also comes with some analytics on the number of clicks and retweets your tweet has received.
