Anderson, along with fellow MySpace co-founder and current CEO Chris DeWolfe, are apparently being pushed aside at the social network. According to a press release issued tonight by parent company News Corp, DeWolfe is soon to step down as CEO, while Anderson is “in discussions … about assuming a new role in the organization.”
Granted, most MySpace users probably don’t follow the board room shuffle of executives at the social network, and odds are, Tom and News Corp will reach some sort of deal to keep his famous face on user’s profiles.
