Two such sites that feed on the silly, embarassing, weird, or just plain funny tweets are Twaxed and Oversharers (beware, both links contain some very graphic tweets).

While Oversharers is just a blog (with funny titles for each tweet or Facebook post), Twaxed goes a step further and enables users to submit and vote for tweets. Interestingly enough, it relies solely on Twitter for both submitting and voting (which is done with the help of hashtags #thumbsup and #thumbsdown), which once again shows the versatility of Twitter as a service to build upon.

And what about the tweets themselves? Well, some are funny, some are just too much; it really depends on your tolerance level for talk about private parts as well as peeing and similar activities. And while I'm sure that most users that tweeted them knew they were public, when you put the tweets into the context of a wall of shame, many users would probably prefer if they had kept silent.

What do you think? Is it evil to make fun of people's embarassing tweets? Were services like these inevitable, given the nature of Twitter and its one-to-many communication? Should Twitter users just be careful if they don't want to end up on one of these sites? Let us know in the comments.
