Can a Professional Twitterer Save Rep. Joe Wilson's Rep?

It appears that Wilson's chosen defense strategy involves heavy usage of social media, including the reported hiring of a professional Twitterer. Along with reformed burglar, professional Twitterer is probably one of the more coveted jobs out there.

Consultant David All, a former director of communications for Georgia Representative Jack Kingston, bills his company as the "first conservative Web 2.0 agency." Since getting the call, Mr. All has been enthusiastically updating @CongJoeWilson's Twitter feed, although he falls short of deeming it ghostwriting: "He is certainly aware of all of the Tweets and understands the substance of all of the Tweets and what’s happening. He is not exactly pressing send."
