Ben Stiller Launches Social Media-Driven "Stillerstrong" Campaign [VIDEO]

Ben Stiller pulled out all the social media stops today when he launched his semi-satirical charity initiative, Stillerstrong, via Facebook, Twitter and a branded Web site.

The campaign, not-so loosely (and hilariously), based on Lance Armstrong's Livestrong initiative, was inspired by a trip Stiller took to Cévérine -- a small town in Haiti -- last summer, and seeks to raise money for a local school in dire need of drinking water, food and an overall expansion.

While Stillerstrong supports a serious cause, the campaign functions as a kind of performance art in and of itself. Stiller's Web site boasts what he's calling a "viral video," which lampoons Lance Armstrong while simultaneously recalling the actor's turn as brainless model Derek Zoolander in 2001's Zoolander.
