The first round of pups became a viral sensation after their San Francisco owners set up a webcam to monitor their movements while at work, streaming footage of the puppies live via Ustream. The cam was set up at the beginning of October, and by October 13, three million viewers had spent 1.2 million hours taking in the doggie drama. Hell, the cam even won the People’s Voice Webby Award. It was a veritable phenomenon, feeding off of people's proclivity for adorable creatures.

Sadly, around Christmas, all the puppies -- save one -- were adopted, leaving us with a gaping void where our heart of hearts used to be.

Well, canine lovers can now rejoice, because it appears as though as of today, the dogs are back and cuter than ever. Behold:
