If you've been waiting for Windows Phone 7, it looks like Oct. 11 is going to be the day. Microsoft just sent out invites for a Windows Phone 7 press conference with AT&T. Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer will keynote the event and will be joined on stage by AT&T CEO Ralph de la Vega. This also means that AT&T now has major contracts with Microsoft as well as Apple.
