A lot of time has passed since we've seen a new webOS device on the market, but after Palm's financial troubles and its subsequent acquisition by HP in April 2010, few people expected a Palm Pre successor before the end of the year.
Now, speaking at an industry conference, HP's Senior Vice President Eric Cador said new webOS devices are coming "early next year."
