Apple has announced a special one-day shopping event on the day after Thanksgiving, also known as Black Friday, which falls on November 26 this year. No deals have been revealed at this point, but Apple promises "dozens of great iPad, iPod, and Mac gifts" for everyone.
Last year, Apple had a similar event on Black Friday. The deals were decent, but not spectacular; at best you could save $100 on more expensive items such as the iMac or the MacBook Pro. This year will probably be all about the iPad; if you've been saving for one, this might be your best chance to keep some of those hard-earned dollars in your pocket.
