With massive online security breaches apparently all the rage these days, it's more important than ever to have a strong password that blocks bad guys from accessing your data.
But it looks like the Texas attorney general's child support website may have gone just a wee bit overboard with its requirements for a secure login. Exactly eight characters. At least one letter, number and "special character" -- but wait, there are only three special characters allowed. And God forbid you ever need to change your password -- that opens up a whole new can of worms.
