Jimmy Fallon, Carly Rae Jepsen Sing 'Call Me Maybe' With 12 Instruments [VIDEO]

A backstage video of late-night host Jimmy Fallon, Carly Rae Jepsen and The Roots surfaced Friday showing the gang performing Jepsen's infectious "Call Me Maybe."

We spy 12 instruments throughout the clip: triangle, wood block, tambourine, bass drum, washboard stick, kazoo, recorder, bongos, ukulele, melodica, toy xylophone and tambourine.

"Call Me Maybe," which hit number one on the iTunes singles chart and Billboards Digital Songs chart in May, has been covered, lip-dubbed and danced to by countless athletes (see gallery below), musicians, digital versions of Barack Obama and Mitt Romney, a public relations agency and many more people on YouTube.

Most recently, a mashup of Obama's words was turned into a "Call Me Maybe" video.

The song's original video has 97.8 million views while Jepsen's second video (featuring cameos from Bieber, Gomez and Ashley Tisdale) has nearly 41.4 million.
