Throughout the London 2012 Olympic Games, the social web has shared moments of inspiration, hilarity and pain in GIF form. Even though NBC finally decided to air the Closing Ceremonies live Sunday evening, the Internet continued it's new Olympic GIF tradition during ceremonies.
Two of the most shared GIFs on Twitter and Tumblr featured the Mayor of London Boris Johnson, UK Prime Minister David Cameron and Labour Party Leader Ed Milliband rocking out to the Spice Girls, and a shot of four of the Spice Girls dancing while Victoria Beckham, a.k.a. Posh Spice, stands still.
