If you like films that are a little out there in terms of creative direction, then Tim Burton's new stop-motion movie Frankenweenie should definitely be on your radar.
Based on a short film Burton created back in 1984, it tells the story of a young boy named Victor, whose dog Sparky was hit by a car. Victor decides to bring Sparky back to life just like Frankenstein's monster, but he has some trouble hiding his revived pet from the neighbors. This Disney movie hits theaters on Oct. 5.
