Packer's Tweet Goes Mega-Viral After Insane NFL Ending

The Green Bay Packers just lost a Monday Night football game to the Seattle Seahawks on perhaps the most ridiculous last-second ending in NFL history, and here's how Packers guard T.J. Lang feels about it:

Got fucked by the refs.. Embarrassing. Thanks nfl— TJ Lang (@TJLang70) September 25, 2012

Fuck it NFL.. Fine me and use the money to pay the regular refs.— TJ Lang (@TJLang70) September 25, 2012

The first post was an instant social media touchdown (cue rimshot) of viral proportions, scoring (cue second rimshot) more than 55,000 retweets in less than 45 minutes. Lang later followed up with this tweet:

Any player/coach in Seattle that really thinks they won that game has zero integrity as a man and should be embarrassed.— TJ Lang (@TJLang70) September 25, 2012

If you need some context, here's the rundown:

The Packers lost when a last-second Hail Mary pass by Seattle quarterback Russell Wilson was simultaneously called as a touchdown by one referee and a touchback by another, meaning he thought it was an interception. After a review, the touchdown call stood and Seattle kicked the extra point to seal their victory. Then, Twitter and Facebook blew up.

The fact that the referees in question are replacements added to the turmoil. The labor dispute between the NFL and regular officials’ union has resulted in replacement referees officiating the NFL preseason and first three weeks of the regular season.

Before the game, Lang was in a much more upbeat mood, as evident from this tweet from earlier Monday:

Just landed in Seattle.. Focus all on the Seahawks!— TJ Lang (@TJLang70) September 23, 2012
