Ford Goes Overboard With 'Cars Cannot Fly' Disclaimer

Companies have to be very careful to give proper disclaimers when they talk about their products, or else they can be held liable for situations outside of their control.

This new commercial for the Ford Fusion, however, may be a bit much.

The ad shows the Fusion fly over the countryside, with a voiceover saying that "there is only one thing" it can't do.

But, look closely: the small type is a riot. In case you were wondering, cars cannot fly.

Thanks, Ford.
