Wouldn't it be great if we all took a day this season to give back?
At Mashable, we believe that the digital community has the expertise, heart and innovative spirit needed to make the world a better place. That's why we want to make #GivingTuesday a cultural tradition, as our Chief Operating Officer Sharon Feder explains in the video above.
After Black Friday and Cyber Monday, we want you to help us celebrate #GivingTuesday. This is a chance for you to give back to your community in a way that's meaningful to you and then share it out with all of your networks.
Here's how you can get involved:
On Tuesday, Nov. 27, give back to your community in any way you can.
Take a photo with your give. Write "I'm giving" followed by what you're giving and to whom. Don't forget to include the hashtag #GivingTuesday.
Share out your photo on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Like #GivingTuesday on Facebook to find out other ways to help give.
