Black Friday shoppers scored some bargains this year with stores opening even earlier on Thanksgiving to allow for more shopping time. However, as shoppers descended onto stores, so did the chaos and unruly crowds.

Fights broke out, police had to be called in and there were even reports of someone pulling a gun in a crowd. In Washington, two people were injured when they were run down in a Walmart parking lot.

Despite many workers striking to protest having to work on Thanksgiving Day, Walmart reported record sales of up to 5,000 items sold per second between 8 p.m. and midnight on Thursday.

Other shoppers took advantage of the Black Friday sales online, like the deals on MacBooks and iPods at the Apple Store. Watch the video above for the complete Black Friday round-up.
