Your workout is not the time to disconnect from your gadgets. Keeping track of important details like steps, perspiration and blood oxygen levels can be key to figuring out the best workout for your body. There are a number of well known fitness, health and wellness gadgets on the market that do these things, but there are also some great devices that are up-and-coming or not well know just yet.
