Hop to a happier place with a bunny named Benjamin Linus.
Benjamin's costume pizazz is a guaranteed smile-trigger. He's a rabbit dressed like Harry Potter, people.
The bunny with a closet full of dress-up clothes is owned by Brooklyn resident Lauren Gates, who brought her furry friend into her life as a stress reliever. "When the economy tanked I had moved back to my parents' house in Conn." Gates told Mashable. "I decided I needed something to help me through it all."
The fuzzy rabbit's willingness to pose in adorable outfits only increased his ability to make Gates smile. She laid out 12 costumes -- one for each month of the year -- and started shooting photos. Some snapshots take just one click of the camera, while others require a bit more persistence.
"The Harry Potter costume took the longest (20 minutes or so)," says Gates, "since he didn't enjoy the felt scar/glasses being on his head and kept pushing them off."
After much patience and treat bribery, Gates had a set of Mr. Linus snapshots that she turned into a calendar. Benjamin is now on the brink of Internet cute animal fame with an Etsy store and Facebook page. Watch out, Grumpy Cat.
