Welcome to this morning's edition of "First To Know," a series in which we keep you in the know on what's happening in the digital world.
Stories we're watching this morning include news about Apple, Google and a video related to the viral craze that just won't stop -- the "Harlem Shake."
According to a report from Bloomberg, Google is negotiating with record labels to license their music on a streaming service of its own. In Apple news, the company has agreed to settle a lawsuit over in-app purchases made too easily by children. And, lastly, one YouTube user has set out to put an end to the "Harlem Shake" -- with a video that starts out as the "usual" dance, is interrupted by "Gangnam Style" impersonators and, later, a Norse god who has the final say on the meme.
