There once was a Dark Age for young college basketball fans -- a time when students dying to watch the hoops orgy known as March Madness's opening day had to face a set of hard choices. Go to school and miss the action? Skip class and get marked absent? Pray for some mensch of a teacher to put the games on the overhead?
Technology, however, has changed everything -- kids these days have it easy.
Thanks to mobile and streaming video technology, young whippersnappers can watch March Madness on the sly while getting credit for attending class. Their heads may not be in school, but their bodies sure are.
