'Vine Resume' Woman Gets a Job

Dawn Siff, the plucky journalist who created what may have been the world's first Vine resume, has gotten a job.

Siff has landed at the Economist Group's commercial unit as a project manager. Though Siff writes on her Tumblr that she got the job "through old fashioned networking," though The Economist was "impressed" by this Vine:

h/t & love to dear friends @meghanscibona @monkeyprime @smixel for helping w/ my #TwitterResume vine.co/v/b6wxtwrwP7P #HireDawnSiff— Dawn Siff (@dawnsiff) February 20, 2013

Siff's job search took six months, starting in November. During that time, she took 64 hours of continuing education classes, attended six networking events, 12 informational interviews and nine job interviews. Congrats, Dawn.
