T-Mobile, two days after announcing it would launch the HTC One smartphone on April 24, is now allowing interested customers to purchase the device -- contract-free -- though its website.
The HTC One will cost $99.99 down with 24 equal $20 monthly payments, but customers can also purchase the phone outright for $579.99. On April 24, the phone will be available for purchase at selected retailers.
The company announced the news this morning via Twitter:
Place your orders! The @htc One is now available online at T-Mobile t-mo.co/17JtUMS #HTCOne— T-Mobile USA (@TMobile) April 19, 2013
HTC's Android flagship has a unibody aluminum chassis, a 4.7-inch full HD display, a 4.3-megapixel camera -- with an "UltraPixel" image sensor -- and a 1.7GHz quad-core processor with 2GB of RAM.
