Google is kicking off its annual developer conference, Google I/O, this morning at the Moscone Center in San Francisco.
Last year’s keynote brought with it Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, the Nexus 7 tablet and a jaw-dropping demo of Google Glass, complete with skydivers.
Can we expect the same this year? Google has indicated this year’s I/O will focus on developers rather than new products. That's not to say we won’t see any new hardware come out of the event, but software is likely to take the spotlight this year. Google has also consolidated its typical two days of keynotes into one single extra-long event Wednesday.
Rumors have pointed to an update to Android and Google Maps, a new music streaming service, Android Game Center, and maybe even a new Nexus tablet.
Will all the rumors be true? Will Google find even more fantastical ways to demo Glass?
