Relive LeBron James' Epic Dunk Block in Stunning Slow-Mo

At this point, LeBron James on the basketball court is appointment viewing for even the most casual of NBA fans. The world's best player pulls off jaw-dropping feats and puts together dominant overall performances on such a regular basis that you want to tune in just to make sure you don't miss something historic.

After a quiet opening half in Sunday night's Miami Heat win over the San Antonio Spurs, James came alive to create what will undoubtedly be a signature highlight for the rest of his career.

With the Spurs struggling to stay near striking distance amid a Heat run, center Tiago Splitter -- who stands 6-foot-11 -- wound up to throw down a seemingly uncontested dunk. Then, out of nowhere, LeBron. James -- who stands 6-foot-8 -- met Splitter inches from the rim, slamming his full palm on the ball to send Splitter's dunk back with astonishing force.

The rejection immediately blew up Twitter as photos and videos and jokes at Splitter's expense were shared around the web. It was, without a doubt, the weekend's most viral sports highlight.

So we've got to give the NBA's official YouTube channel credit for doing the incredible moment justice on Monday morning with a slow-mo, music-enhanced tribute montage. The multiple angles. The dramatic orchestral accompaniment. LeBron's gloating grimace. This is how you do a replay, folks.
