Listen to Daft Punk's 10-Minute 'Get Lucky' Remix

Spotify got its hands on an exclusive remix of Daft Punk's "Get Lucky" -- one of the summer's hottest songs. The remix from the electronic music duo is four minutes longer than the original, which arrived in April and has since been streamed 64 million times.

As with the original, this reworked version features Nile Rodgers on guitar and Pharrell on vocals, singing about late-night antics, hanky panky and one-on-one connections.

"Get Lucky" from Daft Punk's Random Access Memories album holds down the No. 2 spot on Billboard's Hot 100 songs chart nine weeks after debuting.

Fans have had a fun remixing Daft Punk's latest music, evident in 8-bit renditions, a multi-decade "Get Lucky" remix and even a slick Barack Obama version of the song.

Daft Punk teased the remix Tuesday in a YouTube video, which links to a page where fans can purchase the remix on vinyl. The remix will be available elsewhere in a week, while Spotify offers the advanced stream.

"It has been incredible to watch 'Get Lucky' become a bonafide cross-over smash hit, and to witness Daft Punk reaching such a broad new audience," Steve Savoca, Spotify's head of content, wrote in an e-mailed statement. "I believe it's a testament to the power of non-traditional consumption, and we are honored to be partners in this success."
