Watch Jay Z's 10-Minute 'Picasso Baby' Performance Art Film

As a part of the ongoing promotion for his latest album Magna Carta Holy Grail, Jay Z premiered his short documentary, entitled Picasso Baby: A Performance Art Film, last week.

Directed by Mark Romanek, the film premiered on HBO and features the rapper's six-hour lip sync of "Picasso Baby" at the Pace Gallery in New York City last month. It also includes a slew of celebrities, such as performance artist Marina Abromović, director Judd Apatow and actors Alan Cumming, Taraji P. Henson, Adam Driver and Rosie Perez.

Before the performance, Jay Z discussed the relationship between rappers and performance artists, noting that, "We're artists; we're alike; we're cousins." He added that he's excited to bring the hip hop and and art worlds "back together."
